We are looking for an Operations & Research Manager to join our Pricing & Packaging (P&P) team. This is a high-impact role - you will play a pivotal part in one of monday.com’s most strategic teams, driving growth and operational excellence through a combination of pricing strategy, data-driven insights, and a focus on AI-driven decision-making.
We’re looking for someone with a strong mix of business operations, analytical mind, research capabilities, and passion for AI. If you thrive at the intersection of business strategy, execution, and emerging technologies - this role is for you.

- 3+ years of proven experience in Strategy and Operations or Analytics roles
- B2B SaaS company experience and/or P&P strategy - advantage
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from inception to delivery
- Curious, independent, rigorous, and proactive/ pusher kind of person, with ability to ask as well as answer
- Deep understanding of numbers and business sense - strong analytical, problem-solving and operational skills
- Excellent people and communication skills - ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Background in Strategic Consulting - advantage
- BSc/BA in quantitative fields (i.e., Engineering /Economy /Physics)
- Fluent English
