About this opportunity:
The Sales Engineering team plays a key role in bridging technology and business to drive customer success. In this role, you will work closely with both global and local sales teams to understand customer needs and design the best-fit iPECS solutions. You'll be involved throughout the entire process-from UCaaS-based product demonstrations and PoCs to deployment support-delivering real value to customers. Responsibilities
- Partner with global and local sales teams to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Analyze customer requirements and design optimal solutions based on a deep understanding of the iPECS portfolio
- Lead technical engagements, including product demonstrations, PoCs, and solution presentations, to clearly articulate business value
- Identify and address product gaps through workarounds or third-party integrations
- Drive new business opportunities, including UCaaS offerings, new business models, and expansion into new markets
- Support successful solution deployment, including on-site evaluations and post-sales technical activities when needed
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and R&D to analyze issues, prioritize improvements, and deliver effective solutions
- Coordinate across internal teams and customers to ensure seamless communication and successful project execution
- Contribute to strengthening the technical capabilities of account managers and partner sales engineers

- 영업, 고객지원, R&D와 협업하여 이슈 분석 및 우선순위 설정, 해결 방안 도출
- 고객 및 내부 조직 간 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 조율을 통한 프로젝트 수행 지원
- AM 및 파트너 세일즈 엔지니어의 기술 역량 강화 기여
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of VoIP, SIP, IPT, UCaaS/CCaaS, and overall ICT environments
- Experience in pre-sales, product management, or related customer-facing technical roles (maximum 8 years preferred)
- Ability to analyze customer requirements (e.g., RFI/RFP, pain points) and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical (executive) audiences
- A combination of technical expertise and business acumen with a strong customer-focused mindset
- Experience in identifying and addressing solution gaps through creative problem-solving or integrations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with attention to detail
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

- Experience with iPECS solutions or similar UC/communication platforms
- Understanding of market trends in UCaaS, CCaaS, and cloud communication technologies
