About this opportunity:
On-time delivery is critical for maintaining competitiveness and securing business success. We are seeking a highly capable Supply Specialist to ensure end-to-end order fulfillment and seamless supply chain execution. This role requires a detail-oriented, data-driven professional with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage supplier-to-customer networks efficiently. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally and play a key role in optimizing supply chain performance. This position will report to the Supply & Sourcing Team Leader and is part of the CFO organization.
What you will do:
Order Management & Delivery Excellence
- Ensure consistent on-time delivery (OTD) and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage inbound/outbound logistics and warehouse operations to achieve cost-efficient and timely delivery
- Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure quality and reliability of supply
PSI Planning (Purchase, Sales, Inventory)
- Lead PSI planning and coordinating production to meet demand requirements
- Oversee international logistics from overseas factories to domestic warehouses
- Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs
- Identify demand and supply gaps and proactively implement corrective actions
Supply Chain Optimization & Risk Management
- Identify, analyze, and resolve supply chain disruptions or delays
- Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency and resilience
- Define and track KPIs (e.g., inventory turnover, forecast accuracy) and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with required policies and regulations
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with sales and operation teams to align supply with business needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders
- Dangerous Goods Compliance Management.
The skills you bring:
- 3~7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in technology (SW/HW) industries
- Strong knowledge & experience in UCaaS(Unified Communications as a Service) & Cloud market preferred
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Finance, or relevant fields
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software like SAP
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English
