We are seeking a highly skilled Power Apps Engineer to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade digital applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Mendix, ServiceNow capabilities

This role will drive rapid application development, workflow automation, and platform innovation, enabling business transformation through scalable, secure, and compliant low-code solutions.

What will you be doing?

Application Development & Delivery

  • Design and develop enterprise applications using Power Apps (and Mendix Studio Pro, Service NOW)
  • Build scalable workflows, microflows, and integrations aligned to business requirements
  • Deliver end-to-end solutions including UI/UX, data models, and business logic

Platform Engineering & Architecture

  • Define and implement low-code architecture standards, best practices, and reusable components
  • Drive solution design for simple (Service NOW & Power Apps) and complex (Mendix) use cases
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of applications

Integration & Data Management

  • Integrate applications with enterprise systems (SAP, ServiceNow, APIs, Azure services) and enable cross-platform workflow orchestration
  • Build secure data integrations using connectors, REST APIs, and middleware
  • Develop and configure ServiceNow-based workflows, forms, and integrations to support ITSM and enterprise process automation use cases
  • Enable data governance, security, and compliance within applications.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to enterprise governance, security, and compliance standards
  • Implement audit trails, role-based access, and data controls
  • Collaborate with security and risk teams on platform governance

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into low-code solutions
  • Partner with architects, product owners, and delivery teams
  • Mentor junior developers and support citizen developer enablement

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Drive adoption of low-code platforms and best practices across the organization
  • Evaluate new platform capabilities (AI features, automation, accelerators)
  • Contribute to platform roadmap and innovation initiatives.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Education: Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related subject preferred.
  • Licenses/ Certifications: Preferred Certifications in Power Platform and /Or Mendix.
  • Experience with Appian / ServiceNow workflows, Service Catalog, ITSM modules, or enterprise workflow automation.
  • This role will be based in Pune and will be working from office in Hybrid mode. UK Shift Timing (12:30 PM – 9:30PM IST) Monday to Friday.
  • Experience: 7–9 years of experience in application development (with strong focus on low-code platforms)
  • Hands-on expertise in:
    • Working knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and integration capabilities
    • Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate
    • Mendix (Studio Pro, Microflows, Domain Models, Integrations)
    • Hands on Experience to AI-driven Vibe Coding Development techniques
  • Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and middleware platforms
  • Strong understanding of Azure services (preferred).
  • Platform & Architecture: Experience designing enterprise-scale low-code solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of application architecture, security, and governance
  • Familiarity with SOX / compliance-driven workflows (preferred).
  • Development Practices: Understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery models.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, version control.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Leadership mindset with mentoring capabilities.
