SENIOR OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
What You'll Do: Senior Operations Assistant in the Support Services will...
- Plan and allocate office layouts, workstations, and cabins.
- Coordinate seating arrangements, expansions, and relocations.
- Align space utilization with headcount forecasts and business needs.
- Negotiate and manage contracts for housekeeping, cafeteria, transport, pest control.
- Monitor vendor performance against SLAs/KPIs. • Ensure cost-effective service delivery
- Conduct audits, fire drills, and evacuation exercises. • Ensure statutory compliance with Factory Act, Shops & Establishments, Fire & Safety, EHS.
- Maintain certifications and permits.
- Plan and execute corporate events, workshops, and meetings.
- Manage logistics including venue, AV equipment, seating, and catering. • Ensure smooth execution of organizational programs.
- Act as primary contact for facility issues.
- Liaise with landlords, contractors, and employees.
- Resolve escalations independently.
- Independently manage OPEX & CAPEX budgets.
- Validate vendor invoices and rental payments.
- Prepare monthly reports on costs and compliance.
- Lead office moves, expansions, and renovations.
- Manage schedules, contractors, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure projects meet quality and compliance standards.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree any field and experience in Facilities Management, or Business Administration
- 8-10 years of independent experience in facilities management, workplace services, or building operations
- Proven ability to independently manage facility operations
- Expertise in space planning and workplace optimization
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and safety protocols
- Financial acumen in OPEX & CAPEX management
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Fluency in English
- Client-first mentality
