Job Description:
As Portfolio Head DACH you are responsible to ensure profitable growth of your respective cell - in this case chocolate bars like iconic Snickers and Twix - in terms of share and penetration on three markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
You will do this through development and implementation of respective strategies in accordance with global and regional strategies as well as local growth ambition and targets, influencing key global, regional, and local stakeholders.
Your location can be any of the three Mars Wrigley office locations in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.
What are we looking for?

University degree in economics, business, marketing, finance or equivalent qualification
-
FMCG professional, with extensive marketing experience, strong strategy and brand building exposure and stakeholder management.

Track record in cross-functional project management
-
Sales/customer experience would be a significant addition
-
Excellent oral and written English as well as at least conversational German
What will be your key responsibilities?

Develop, align, and deploy 3-year portfolio strategy and deliver respective long and short term KPIs

Identify growth opportunities based on continuously growing expertise (i.e. performance analysis, field visits and adapted activity plans)

Connect portfolio strategy with key business processes collaborating with stakeholders from different functions

Design winning portfolio and activities calendar including innovations pipeline

Cooperate effectively in cross-functional teams and lead, influence without authority, and motivate team members to deliver or even exceed planned KPI
