WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A DEMAND GENERATION SPECIALIST?
The Middle Europe Marketing team is looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist who will collaborate with the regional marketing and sales organizations to develop and execute digital strategies that boost brand awareness, drive lead generation, and nurture customer relationships through digital channels. This role is critical in aligning with EMEA (Europe Middle East & Africa) Strategic Priorities and Business Goals to enable business growth across the MEUR (DACH and BeNeLux) region.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist MEUR, you will drive the digital marketing strategy for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. You will be responsible for the creation and execution of digital programs, including analytics setup, lead generation workflows, prospect nurturing strategies, and channel and end-customer engagement initiatives.
In this role, you will work in a collaborative team environment, exchanging ideas with the MEUR marketing team on end-customer marketing, partner marketing, brand experience, and communications marketing. Using your expertise, you will orchestrate and execute a holistic digital marketing program that leverages a variety of digital marketing tools and platforms.

This position is office based in Ismaning (Munich) Germany or Rotterdam, Netherlands, with possibility working from home.
Other responsibilities include but not limited to:
Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Implement digital marketing programs across channels like social media, SEM, and display advertising to boost lead generation and engagement.
- Collaborate with regional teams and EMEA counterparts to align with business goals and optimize campaigns.
- Develop MEUR digital roadmap, best practices, and programs for regional deployment.
- Represent Middle Europe at EMEA digital team meetings.
Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization
- Partner with sales teams to drive lead qualification and nurturing.
- Refine touchpoints like landing pages, forms, and CTAs to optimize lead generation and conversion.
- Leverage customer data and tools for smarter marketing strategies.
- Coordinate and monitor lead generation activities for campaigns, events, and newsletters.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Measure and report on lead volume, conversion rates, and campaign performance for continuous improvement.
- Use analytics tools to monitor activities, create dashboards, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate across teams to align digital strategies with business objectives.
- Optimize conversion rates and support marketing-qualified lead delivery to sales.
- Monitor and report competitive digital performance.
Digital Marketing Education and Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with agencies and vendors to ensure best practices.
- Oversee the MEUR digital marketing budget for effective resource allocation.
- Drive digital education in MEUR, working with platforms like LinkedIn and Google for training.
- Research market needs and customer trends to develop effective outreach strategies.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’d love to see that you are/have…
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically within the B2B sector, with a proven track record of driving business growth, lead generation, and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, SEM, email marketing, marketing automation, and content marketing.
- Strong expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, LinkedIn Business Manager, and Sales Navigator, with the ability to analyse data and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot) and how to leverage customer data to optimize marketing efforts.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and ideally German or Dutch,
- ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for analytics and continuous learning to stay ahead of digital marketing trends.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus points for…
- Experience working in the IT or security sector.
- Certifications in Google Analytics or LinkedIn Business Manager.
