Building solutions for a better life. The Bosch Building Technologies division is a leading international provider of systems, solutions and services that increase the safety of people, buildings and property and also contribute to greater comfort, energy efficiency and sustainability.
Bosch Building Technologies is divided into the international product business and the regional system integration business. Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-divisional functions within the division are to be set up as an independent unit and then further developed as a sustainable core business by a new owner.
- International and interdisciplinary cooperation: As Strategic Product-Marketing Manager (w/m/div.), you will be part of the new company to be set up in the future and thus contribute to a globally networked team of around 4300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute regional market strategies and annual sales plans for Installed Sound Systems.
- Sales Growth: Identify sales opportunities and implement proactive recovery measures to drive revenue and margin targets.
- Innovative Solutions: Initiate and drive innovative business models and Go-to-Market (G2M) approaches to capture market share.
- Customer Focus: Collaborate with sales teams to engage key customers, ensuring timely adjustments to meet targets.
- Market Insight: Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Lead product launches, manage regional demo stock, and coordinate inventory sell-off programs.
- Pricing Strategy: Contribute to pricing strategies, ensuring competitive positioning and market relevance.
- Compliance & Training: Ensure product offerings meet regional legal standards and support the development of commercial training materials.
Qualifications
- Education: completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience & Expertise: Demonstrated experience in regional marketing, product management, or sales leadership within the audio industry. Strong capabilities in strategic planning, market analysis, and business development. Additionally, proven expertise in implementing innovative market strategies and managing product life cycles.
- Personality and Work Approach: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a strong focus on customer-oriented solutions. Also adept at working in dynamic environments and delivering impactful results.
- Languages: Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
