What you will be doing:
  • Handle all tenant queries, correspondence, complaints, and coordinate move-in/move-out processes.
  • Draft, coordinate, load, and update all lease agreements, renewals, amendments, addendum's, warnings, and notices on the MRI system.
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained, track tenancy/vacancy schedules, and ensure FICA compliance for all tenants.
  • Assist with rental escalations, follow-ups on arrears, and general collection support.
  • Assist the Portfolio Manager with general oversight, organize filing, and update the MRI system.
  • Liaise and coordinate with external sub-contractors.
  • Handle parking tracking, enquiries, and general administration.
  • Assist with secretarial duties, switchboard cover, and preparing refreshments when needed.

  • Ability to work effectively in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
  • Must be a strong team player.
  • High level of computer literacy is essential, with an eagerness to adopt new technology.
  • Prior experience in property management administration and/or familiarity with the MRI system is advantageous.
