- Lead the design and delivery of innovative prototypes, accelerators, and products leveraging cloud and AI technologies.
- Architect scalable and maintainable systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution strategy, scope, and technical approach.
- Work with the Office of the CTO team to align on architecture across solutions.
- Mentor and coach engineers, fostering technical growth and cross-team collaboration.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI frameworks, automation tools, data services) that enhance Presidio’s offerings.
- Ensure alignment with organizational standards, engineering best practices, and long-term maintainability.
- Represent the Innovation Team in technical discussions, client interactions, and demos.
Required Skills and Professional Experience
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Expertise in one or more core languages: Python, Java, Go, C#, or TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC).
- Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure AI, Hugging Face, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong architectural and design-thinking skills with a product development mindset.
- Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.

Skills Required
- 7-10 years of experience in platform engineering, technical product management, or cloud architecture roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Proven track record leading platform or infrastructure teams in services or SaaS environments
- Deep hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated services
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and technical delivery practices
- Experience with service management platforms and ITSM/ITOM tools
- Excellent stakeholder management skills including executive communication
- Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Expert) strongly preferred
