Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with business, product management and senior engineering managers to clarify business requirements and provide effective technical designs aligning with industry best practices
- Evangelize and drive the design and implementation of complex data processing pipelines as part of a dynamic and fast-paced team
- Contribute across the platform, or products in areas like technology, team skills, process, shared components and quality
- Demonstrate ability to onboard new engineers with how to conduct code reviews, how to do testing, etc.
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in technical field (full time) with Min 1+ years of IT experience
- Experience in two or more technology - BigData, Spark SQL, Scala, .NET, API, React JS
- Experience database technologies - SQL, PL/SQL or T-SQL
- Experience in Cloud (Azure preferred), and AI stack like Azure AI Foundary, LLM, Langchain, RAG, Agentic AI
- Experience in the following - Python, GitHub
- Experience working in highly interactive partnership with product management teams
- Experience working in Agile (scrum) environment
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, expand existing knowledge to learn new technology and process
- Flexibility to work across a variety of software-related disciplines-Software design experience using object-oriented patterns, SOLID, and other development principles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Health care industry experience
- Exposure to BI tools, like Power BI

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field completed full time
- At least 1 year of IT experience
- Experience with at least two of Big Data, Spark SQL, Scala, .NET, APIs, or React.js
- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, or T-SQL database technologies
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure
- Experience with AI technologies including Azure AI Foundry, LLMs, LangChain, RAG, or Agentic AI
- Experience with Python and GitHub
- Experience partnering with product management teams
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and learn new technologies and processes
- Flexibility to work across software-related disciplines

- Healthcare industry experience
- Exposure to business intelligence tools such as Power BI
