As a Platform Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting sales operations, order management, customer satisfaction, and business growth by ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently while partnering closely with internal sales teams and customers.

You will work cross-functionally with sales, customer service, vendors, and business partners to support account activity, manage order fulfillment, and contribute to operational excellence.
What You'll Do- Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently while meeting established service level agreements and delivery deadlines.
- Support inside and outside sales teams with order management, quote generation, product inquiries, and customer requests.
- Review, validate, and maintain order accuracy throughout the order lifecycle.
- Coordinate with sales representatives, management, customer service, and other internal stakeholders to resolve order and account-related issues.
- Monitor assigned customer accounts and proactively address transactional and operational concerns.
- Prepare product, licensing, and service quotes for customers and sales teams.
- Manage lead and order activities within designated territories, customer segments, or account groups.
- Analyze account activity, sales performance metrics, and operational data to generate reports and identify trends.
- Support revenue growth by helping customers navigate solutions and complete purchasing transactions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members when appropriate.

- Associate degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; OR high school diploma/GED and a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in sales support, customer service, order management, account management support, sales operations, or related business functions.
- Proven experience processing orders, managing customer accounts, or supporting sales teams in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM platforms, ERP systems, order management systems, or related business applications.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision while managing competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience working within technology, IT distribution, software licensing, cloud, or hardware environments.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
