What you’ll do
- Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs from strategy and planning through execution and measurable delivery
- Develop clear workplans, milestones, success criteria, governance routines, and decision frameworks to provide structure to ambiguous or loosely defined initiatives
- Partner closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, operations, and business stakeholders to define priorities, surface trade-offs, and drive decisions
- Own program execution across multiple workstreams, managing scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, issues, communications, and stakeholder expectations
- Prepare crisp, executive-ready materials that clearly communicate status, risks, decisions needed, and recommend paths forward
- Drive accountability across teams, ensuring commitments are clear, progress is measurable, and blockers are escalated with urgency and judgment
- Lead infrastructure and platform-related initiatives, which may include server lifecycle, cloud migration, storage modernization, container platforms, resiliency, security remediation, disaster recovery, and operational improvement programs
- Apply the delivery approach best suited to each initiative, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods, without adding unnecessary process
- Continuously improve program delivery practices, operating rhythms, documentation, reporting, and cross-team execution
What’s required
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, digital or technology consulting, program management, technology transformation, or a similarly demanding execution-oriented role
- Technical fluency across enterprise infrastructure and platform concepts, including servers, storage, cloud, virtualization, containers, security, change management, observability and disaster recovery
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-workstream technology programs in a fast-paced, enterprise environment
- Distinctive problem-solving skills, including the ability to break down ambiguous problems, structure work, synthesize information quickly, and develop practical recommendations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, executive ready updates and influence both technical and non-technical audiences
- High degree of ownership, urgency, resilience, and follow-through, with a focus on driving outcomes rather than tracking tasks
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously without losing sight of the broader objective
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build trust, manage conflict, influence without authority, and align senior leaders around decisions

The annual base salary range for this role is $185,000-$250,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
