Responsibilities:Disciplinary head of the plant and its respective functions
Lead, coach and develop the local leadership team and foster a high-performance culture
Full responsibility for overall plant performance, including cost, quality, delivery, output and profitability targets, by defining, monitoring and continuously improving relevant KPIs and productivity measures
Drive and continuously develop a strong safety culture (zero accident philosophy) and ensure HSE compliance across the site and all functions
Establish and further develop lean management, continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness through optimized organizational structures, processes and workflows.
Ensure effective collaboration across all plant functions as well as with Business Units and Corporate functions
Ensure effective capacity, resource and capex planning aligned with long-term customer demand
Drive competitiveness of the plant, including support of customer RFQs and successful project launches
Ensure compliance with corporate governance, policies and regulatory requirements
Drive digitalization, automation and innovation initiatives at plant level
Master degree in engineering, operations or an equivalent qualification
Several years of leadership experience in the automotive industry, ideally in a plant management role
Proven track record in managing production and operational processes
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing / continuous improvement
Solid financial and business acumen
Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
Fluent in German and English (mandatory), additional languages are a plus
