Support talent operations by helping to ensure a consistent and efficient process. This will include scheduling interviews, inbox management, administering assessments, conducting and monitoring compliance requirements including background checks, contract generation, supporting report compilation and administering onboarding requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
• Act as a Workday super user, providing technical support and running UAT as required during any upgrade or process change
•Provide timely, personalised and quality support by evaluating and troubleshooting talent management system and compliance matters, quickly interpreting situations, identifying escalation points and coordinating and communicating resolutions
•Contribute to consistent process application by sharing knowledge, collaborating with peers
•Provide support and training end users to ensure understanding of process and systems
•Conduct audits of recruitment files and conduct/communicate necessary changes and actions items to ensure data accuracy and influence application of established processes
•Complete administrative duties to support full recruitment cycle
•Support talent acquisition team by screening candidates, scheduling interviews and conducting phone screens as needed to contribute to effective management of workload
•Amend records as needed by utilising established guidelines to ensure accuracy, data integrity and legal compliance
•General administration duties including invoicing
•Maintain a customer-centric focus ensuring candidate, hiring manager and HRBP satisfaction is front of mind
Required Education
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Required Experience
• 2 years relevant experience

Preferred Experience
• Administrative procedures and related systems, preferably in a recruitment environment
•Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•Workday preferable but not essential
Preferred Knowledge
• Knowledge of recruiting beneficial
