RECRUITING, SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Account Management:

Deliver end to end recruitment
-
Consult and engage with Hiring Managers to identify hiring needs building a thorough understanding of the business hiring requirements

Facilitate and monitor the creation of requisitions by Hiring Managers to start recruitment process.

Post requisitions in Workday and other job sites and send hiring requirements to recruitment partners, as required.

Manage time efficiently to focus on direct sourcing activities including the use of social media.

Review and modify job descriptions and advert content to ensure that the adverts are accurate and attractive to potential candidates.

Regularly communicate with all stakeholders to the recruitment process, conduct interviews to create shortlist for Hiring Managers

Coordinate or manage scheduling of interviews for Hiring Managers and maintain updates on the interview results of the candidates.

Prepare Job Offer through salary analysis, computation and effective salary negotiation.

Establish and maintain positive working relationship with members of the Account.

Serves as point of contact for recruitment as well as HR related concerns.
Sourcing:

Manage Job Portals and Recruitment Vendors

Create, Strategize and Manage Job Fairs and all sourcing activities

Manage the Employee Referral Program and proper monitoring of referrals and coordination with HR on the successful candidates referred and incentives for referring employees.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Recruitment Partners by keeping them regularly updated about Strada Global and its hiring requirements.

Screen and Review resumes

Conduct research and maintain updates on recruitment and sourcing strategies.

Coordinate or manage scheduling of interviews for Hiring Managers and maintain updates on the interview results of the candidates.

Prepare Job Offer through salary analysis, computation and effective salary negotiation.
Recruitment Administration & Process Administration
-
Provide suggestions and recommendations for process improvements.
-
Coordinate with other departments such as IT, Training and HR to ensure proper onboarding of candidates and facilitate introduction of the new hires to the Account.

Encode new hire data in the system and make sure data are accurate through communication with Hiring Managers and the candidates
-
Perform all other recruitment and HR related duties as assigned.
Key experience
-
Sourcing Experience for at least 2 years or more is required
-
Must have experience handling and dealing with multiple hiring managers
-
Strong background/experience in high volume recruitment and/or executive search.
-
Extensive experience indirect sourcing methods, particularly the use of social media to attract talent.
-
Experience in Targeted Selection or Behavioral Descriptive interviewing.
-
Familiarity in Workday or other candidate tracking system is preferred.
-
Excellent communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking and organizational skills and ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality.
-
Experienced in working effectively with team members in other countries.
-
Experienced in recruiting international roles is a distinct advantage.

Knowledge in other facets of HR an advantage.

Good English Communications Skills

Good Multitasking skills (handling multi-level recruitment process and multiple hiring managers)

Excellent MS Office Skills particularly MS Excel
Skills

Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any field preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science or its equivalent.

Must have at least 3 to 5 years' work experience in Recruitment ideally from a RPO or BPO environment. Recruiting for various roles like HR, Payroll, Finance and IT.

EXPERIENCE HIRING FOR IT ROLES IS REQUIRED (ex: HR SAP, C/C++, ABAP, QA Tester etc)

Must be open to also hiring for non-technical roles as well

End to End Recruitment Process Management Experience for at least more than 2 years is required
