Introduction to the Team
Travel Partnerships & Media helps partners deliver exceptional traveler and B2B experiences by connecting them to Expedia Group’s global demand, competitive technology, and data insights. Our team forms the centralized hub for partner onboarding, growth, and performance excellence. We ensure that lodging partners—new and existing—can successfully reach travelers worldwide while maximizing their visibility and revenue on the Expedia Group platform. This role blends account management, partner enablement, and business development, contributing directly to marketplace competitiveness and partner success.
As an Associate Account Manager, your primary mission is to build and nurture a strong portfolio of lodging partners across assigned markets. You will work with new partners to onboard them effectively, and with existing partners to enhance their performance, competitiveness, and marketing potential within the Expedia ecosystem.
You’ll engage partners primarily via phone‑based outreach, leveraging Expedia Group’s tools, insights, and programs to help them reach their full demand potential.

This team has two divisions:
Partner Onboarding & Business Development
Source, contact, and convert new lodging partners using fresh and assigned leads.
Clearly articulate Expedia Group’s value proposition to potential partners.
Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring accurate setup of content, rates, and availability.
Educate partners on competitive positioning, especially during high‑demand periods.

Account Management & Performance
Support existing partners in improving revenue, visibility, and market share on Expedia Group sites.
Help partners adopt self‑service tools and optimize their listings via Partner Central.
Identify opportunities to grow partner performance through merchandising, promotions, and platform programs.
Communicate customer trends, marketing opportunities, and actionable insights derived from data.
Relationship Building & Cross‑Team Alignment
Develop and maintain strong partner relationships built on trust, collaboration, and shared goals.
Share best practices within the team to collectively achieve broader market targets.
Represent the voice of the partner internally by providing feedback that improves systems, tools, and processes.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or related field—or equivalent professional experience.
0–2 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, partner management, commercial operations, account management or similar.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to persuade, educate, and handle objections.
High comfort level with phone‑based outreach, cold calling, and structured pipelines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet targets, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow‑through.
A true team player who contributes to shared success.
Fluency in English and French required.
