This role will be working in a dynamic environment within and beyond the team. He or she will be expected to work cohesively among the Strategy team and will be able to interact with BUs and function platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop initial level of knowledge of the China pharmaceutical industry, relevant therapeutic areas and the competitive landscape
- Develop strong understanding of the propriety and public pharmaceutical data sources related to China Pharma market to support strategic projects
- Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to manage data extraction and synthesis.
- Develop project management skills to support project leaders create project plans, develop work streams, manage coordination and communication across multiple functions and stakeholders, and track progress.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to respond to multiple, conflicting business needs with urgency and accuracy.
- Provide recommendations following from sound analysis for stakeholder consideration for PBG portfolio strategies to compete in different areas across a large portfolio of brands
- Coach and partner with junior colleague when necessary
