- Support commercial strategy development and alignment. Evaluate and define key products and market opportunity & forecast the impact on overall business.
- Probe customer needs and cultivate external opinion leader relationship.
- Establish necessary professional relationships with government authority and external contacts.
- Develop recommendations for portfolio prioritization and investment. Leverage and influence various stakeholders and ensure successful team deliverables.
- Coordinate with BU internal and cross BUs to succeed the platform landing
- Conduct national/regional conferences and serial trainings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree is required, Master degree or MBA is preferred;
- At least 6-/8 years working experience in Pharmaceutical industry;
- At least 1-/2years Project management experience
- Product management experiences is preferred;
- Strategic thinking
- Preferred demonstrated self-motivation ,strong execution and strong communication skills
- Track record of working collaboratively across functions;
- Fluent in written and spoken English is preferred;
- Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word is must have.
