Your role
You will play an important role in the core of our business. As such, you will provide administrative support to our European Chief Marketing Officer and assist with tasks arising from the EU CEO office, including supporting our Chief of Strategy. You enjoy managing multiple tasks simultaneously and focus on delivering high quality results while meeting tight deadlines. You embrace new challenges and are keen to learn and develop. Your key responsibilities
- Manage complex and busy diaries and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Arrange international travel and submit expenses
- Manage correspondence and filing systems
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Manage action points and follow-ups to meet deadlines
- Help embed the usage of Microsoft SharePoint, Teams and other digital collaboration tools in day-to-day executive and team’s lives
- Organize team bonding activities, offsites and events
- Provide holiday and absence cover to other assistants across Europe
- Assist with ad hoc project work as and when required by the managers.
Qualifications
- Ideally several years of experience as an assistant in a dynamic, international company, ideally in the private equity, consultancy or law sector. We also give ambitious candidates from the hospitality sector a chance
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) are a must. Other language skills (particularly German) are a plus
- Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite with a high affinity to working digitally (Outlook Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, OneDrive)
- Experience in managing multiple executives simultaneously, with the ability to adapt to differing needs of the stakeholders
- Ability to plan ahead and make accurate judgement on prioritising tasks
- Proactive, pragmatic and efficient working style with little guidance
- Reliably deliver high quality results by paying attention to detail
- Act with integrity and discretion, treating sensitive information and documents confidentially
- Open-minded, empathetic individual with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, able to build strong working relationships
