Position: Personal Assistant
Working Hours: US Hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST)
Type: Remotet, Full-Time
Salary: Paid in South African Rand (ZAR)
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the executives.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed.
- Manage tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Background in Amazon reselling advantageous
