Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
The opportunity is for the Financial Systems department in our Corporate Systems organization. We’re a global Financial Systems organization responsible for supporting APAC, Africa, India, UK, Latin America and North America. We’re focused on delivering cost effective high quality solutions that improve the efficiency of our financial organization. This role will be responsible for the functional and technical support, maintenance and system administration of the PeopleSoft Finance application. PeopleSoft Finance modules being supported include Record to Report (General Ledger, Asset Management, Project Costing), Procure to Pay (Purchasing and Accounts Payable) and Order to Cash (Order Management, Billing, Accounts Receivable). Our team plays a key role in enabling important business process decisions in accounting to help meet corporate objectives. Partner with Finance end-users to understand and analyze complex business problems and define business needs for new and/or enhanced products, services or optimize/streamline business processes. Support PeopleSoft Finance user requests with regard to functional processing questions such as system navigation, batch processing, queries, table and data maintenance, etc. Prioritization - Work closely with the Finance team to ensure that project roadmaps are focused on efforts that provide the highest business value; Facilitate Requirement Gathering - Elicit, capture, analyze and document business requirements Estimating - Facilitate estimation of proposed solutions Design - Identify project interdependencies Deliver - Drive the delivery of solutions from conceptual to implementation. Advisor - Provide information and advice on functionality, applicability, and usability of TranUnion’s Financial systems Collaborate with IT and Finance end-users to define and develop process, procedural documentation, instructions, manuals, etc. Lead training sessions with financial teams to ensure the finance user’s become self-sufficient.TransUnion Overview:

Sr Consultant, Corporate Systems
Skills Required
- Experience supporting and administering PeopleSoft Finance applications and modules (GL, Asset Management, Project Costing, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Order Management, Billing, Accounts Receivable).
- Ability to partner with Finance end-users to analyze complex business problems and define business needs.
- Experience eliciting, capturing, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and facilitating requirement-gathering sessions.
- Experience providing functional processing support (system navigation, batch processing, queries, table and data maintenance).
- Experience driving delivery from concept to implementation, including estimation, identifying interdependencies, and prioritization.
- Ability to create process/procedural documentation, user instructions and lead training sessions for finance teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems Management or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical challenges into business terms.
