We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive team members to join our team in managing and enhancing People Services payroll accounting processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Balance Sheet Reconciliation & Quality Assurance
- Conduct reconciliations of balance sheet accounts to ensure monthly balances are accurate.
- Ensure adherence to established accounting standards and practices.
- Help perform accounting analyses to support decision-making, demonstrating stewardship of our financial records.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliation (BSR) for outsourced payroll markets in EMEA. Work closely with LCG stewards, HR, and third party payroll providers for payroll accounting and issue resolution.
Process Improvement
- Analyze accounting issues and processes, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in country or region specific initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Communication
- Facilitate clear and effective communication of insights and recommendations to team members.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

- Basic understanding of accounting principles, internal controls and financial reporting.
