Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to post job openings to internal and external job boards, ensuring accuracy and visibility.
- Proactively source candidates via social recruiting, networking, employee referral, job boards, and other creative channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple platforms (phone, video, in-person).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS, ensuring data integrity.
- Manage pre-employment activities such as background checks and reference verifications as well as onboarding, probation, offboarding and other internal transitions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local employment laws and regulations, ensuring all recruiting and hiring practices adhere to legal requirements and company policies.
- Act as a liaison with Human Resources Director to maintain and update HR policies and employee handbooks in alignment with local regulations.
- Assist with benefits enrollment, administration, and employee inquiries.
- Oversee PTO tracking and support planning of company events and employee engagement activities.
- Assist with goal setting and performance review process.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant HR & recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing HR processes like background checks, onboarding, PTO tracking, etc.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever strongly preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Knowledge of local employment regulations.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken. Conversational Chinese Mandarin will be advantageous.
