Standardize safe, repeatable AI workflows and ensure data quality, validation, and operational safety across projects.

Lead technical delivery of integrations between Solvas, Middle Office systems, and the client Portal. Design, build, and operate ETL/ELT pipelines, ensure data consistency, quality, reconciliation, and performance tuning of SQL Server objects. Mentor engineers, establish monitoring/runbooks/incident response, partner with product and operations, and evaluate modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) and AI tools to improve scalability and delivery.
