  • Support testing, implementation and rollout of new DT Imago functionality within pensions operations.

  • Work with Product, Change and Technology teams to articulate operational requirements, identify system constraints and shape practical solutions.

Team Coordination & Development

  • Support the coordination and prioritisation of team workload, helping maintain productivity, service levels and clear ownership of tasks.

  • Provide guidance and technical support to junior team members on complex SIPP cases and DT-related workflows.

  • Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture through coaching, practical support and consistent standards.

Process Improvement & Risk Management

  • Identify process inefficiencies, control gaps and recurring issues, proactively driving improvements while ensuring procedures and documentation remain current and aligned to best practice.

  • Support process improvements that enhance service quality, reduce operational risk, and make better use of system capability.

  • Take ownership of incidents, errors and breaches, supporting investigation, resolution and lessons learned.

Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in SIPP or pensions administration within financial services, ideally in a platform environment Proven ability to manage complex pension cases across the full SIPP lifecycle, including transfers, BCEs, crystallisation, drawdown and wider retirement processing.

  • Practical experience using DT Imago or comparable pension administration technology, with the ability to apply system knowledge to BAU delivery and process improvement.
