About this opportunity
We are seeking a Pega CVM Expert to join our team in the UAE with strong experience in Pega Decisioning, Pega Marketing, Customer Value Management (CVM), and production operations. In this role, you will design, support, optimize, and maintain Pega-based customer decisioning solutions, provide SME-level operational support, troubleshoot production issues, define application architecture, implement integrations, and ensure the stability and performance of large-scale production environments.
What You Will Do
• Design, develop, support, and optimize CVM solutions using Pega technologies.
• Provide SME-level L3 support for Pega CVM and Decisioning platforms.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, database, middleware, infrastructure, and OpenShift-related issues.
• Lead incident troubleshooting, perform RCA, and drive corrective actions.
• Define and enhance application architecture, scalability, performance, stability, and cost efficiency.
• Build, deploy, and support customer decisioning solutions.
• Develop Pega integrations using REST, SOAP, XML, Kafka, and external services.
• Configure and optimize CDH, ADM, NBA, decision strategies, adaptive and predictive models.
• Support PostgreSQL, SQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, and third-party analytics integrations.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, system resources, dashboards, alerting, and KPIs.
• Support releases, deployments, migrations, upgrades, DR, failover, and business continuity activities.
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, KEDB, troubleshooting guides, and recovery procedures.
• Drive automation, continuous improvement, governance, service reviews, and Agile delivery activities.
• Collaborate with business, application, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.
What You Will Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• PCDC certification is highly preferred.
• 6+ years of IT experience and 4+ years in Pega Decisioning and Pega Marketing.
• Strong experience with CVM and customer decisioning solutions.
• Experience supporting Pega solutions in OpenShift production environments.
• Experience in L3 production support, incident management, problem management, RCA, governance, and ITIL processes.
• Expertise in CDH, ADM, NBA Designer, and Kafka integrations.
• Experience with adaptive and predictive models and third-party big data integrations.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, OOP concepts, and design patterns.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, dashboards, deployments, migrations, and upgrades.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
• Pega Paid Media Manager experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
