About this opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Digital Application SME to provide end-to-end technical expertise, production support, governance, and continuous improvement for enterprise digital platforms, including customer-facing websites, mobile applications, APIs, and supporting systems. You will be responsible for ensuring application availability, performance, stability, security, SLA/KPI compliance, and operational readiness while working closely with business, technology, and vendor teams.
What you will do
• Act as the technical SME and escalation point for digital applications, production issues, and customer-impacting incidents.
• Provide end-to-end support for websites, mobile applications, APIs, middleware, CIAM/SSO, and enterprise integrations.
• Maintain application availability, performance, capacity, stability, and operational readiness.
• Troubleshoot issues across WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, OpenShift, Java, SQL, Linux, JMS/MQ, LDAP, and ForgeRock CIAM/SSO.
• Support WebCenter Sites (WCS), including configuration, publishing, troubleshooting, and log analysis.
• Investigate performance issues across application, middleware, database, network, messaging, and integration layers.
• Support APIGEE, payment gateways, SOAP/REST services, TIBCO, billing systems, and enterprise integrations.
• Monitor application health using Kibana/ELK, Grafana, AppDynamics, and similar tools.
• Manage deployments, migrations, patches, upgrades, SSL certificates, and configuration changes.
• Lead technical troubleshooting during Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident Management activities.
• Prepare RCAs and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
• Support security, audit, compliance, vulnerability remediation, RFI/RFP activities, technical evaluations, and operational readiness reviews.
• Drive automation, monitoring improvements, modernization initiatives, and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in 24x7 production support and critical incident escalation activities.
What you will bring
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience supporting enterprise applications and digital platforms.
• Hands-on expertise in WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, OpenShift, Java, SQL, Linux, JMS/MQ, and LDAP.
• Experience with WebCenter Sites (WCS), ForgeRock CIAM, SSO, and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of payment gateways, billing systems, messaging platforms, and digital customer journeys.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across JVM, logs, heap/thread dumps, SQL, network traces, and application performance.
• Experience with Kibana/ELK, Grafana, AppDynamics, or similar monitoring tools.
• Understanding of APIGEE, SOAP/REST services, React, Next.js, Node.js, and TIBCO.
• Strong Linux command-line and shell scripting skills.
• Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Experience managing deployments, migrations, patching, and application upgrades.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS, SOX, VAPT, SAST/DAST, security vulnerabilities, and audit requirements.
• Experience supporting vendor management, technical evaluations, BOQs, and RFI/RFP activities.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to mentor technical teams.
• Willingness to support a 24x7 operational environment.
