1. Review, assess and making right and accurate decision in PAL , FAL , and liaising with Panel hospital on PC admission into related information
2.Assist manager in managing Claims team to ensure daily operations are well managed and within the agreed Service Level with distribution channel and customer.
3.Handle AUC cases and enquiry and within the agreed Service Level
4.Assist Manager in managing the HAS portfolio including monitoring the HAS under PBTB team daily productivity and managing issues, work with Agency and Panel hospital and giving right feedback in appointment and monitoring of panel hospitals.
5.Perform the role as a team lead in training, guiding junior & new staffs in claims assessment
6.Assisting junior assessors in proactively prevent from doing error through frequent advice and training, case sharing
7.Manage customer complaints/enquiries through CSM, e-mail or written complaint and provide feedback/response within 24 hours.
8.Monitor and review work system and processes to ensure effective and efficient operations of HAS, and implementing process improvements where appropriate.
9. Assists team leader in preparing daily and monthly statistic, analysis for reporting to management
10.Involved in projects organized by Department or Company and complete the projects within the timeline.
11.Ensures section/unit complies with all regulatory (internal and external) and corporate requirements.
12. Perform any Ad-hoc function as requested by Section Head or HOD
13.Involved in quality when necessary
