Builds and scales partner ecosystems by fostering alliances, and expanding market presence ensuring sustainable growth to drive Cisco preference; may recruit new Partners. Supports enablement activities, such as certifications and training, as aligned to the partner's strategic goals. Develops customer-centric go-to-market plans including route-to-market (RTM) with Partners, aligning strategies with market trends and customer needs to drive portfolio adoption and market share growth.  Leverages deep knowledge of the portfolio to align technical enablement with Partner needs, influencing product roadmaps at senior levels to ensure market relevance. Conducts market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, innovating partner programs to drive ecosystem expansion

‧ Focus Area - This job wll focus on Taiwan market new initiatives includes Cloud-Coselling , AI partner ecosystems business, Cisco alliance partners business growth , Managed Service opportunities with Taiwan key ISP players and work with consulting firms/IT Associations.

‧ Operates independently, managing activities for small to medium Partners with minimal guidance

‧ Oversees complex projects (e.g., Partner business plans, multi-product sales) with regional impact

‧ Drives Partner strategies aligned with Cisco objectives especially for the Cloud-Coselling , AI partner ecosystems business, Cisco alliance partners business , Managed Service opportunities and work with consulting firms/IT Association in Taiwan market.

‧ Develops customized Partner business plans with KPIs (e.g., revenue, market share) to support customer-centric growth

‧ Facilitates opportunity development/ecosystem growth and recommends RTM strategies tailored to Partner capabilities and customer segments

‧ Prioritizes long-term Partner profitability over short-term earnings, ensuring sustainable growth

‧ Guides Partners in opportunity development, articulating complex solution value

‧ Negotiates deals with senior Partner stakeholders, balancing profitability and strategic goals

‧ Provides proactive recommendations to Partners to enhance Partner sales performance

‧ Designs advanced training programs on complex solutions for Partners

‧ Aligns Partner feedback with product roadmaps, collaborating with technical teams

‧ Acts as a resource for peers, mentoring team members on Partner management and sales practices

‧ Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align Partner feedback with company priorities

‧ Provides proactive recommendations to internal teams, enhancing Partner development

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors + Taiwan IT industry 5 years of related experience
