What you’ll do:
Support Electrical Engineering execution across development builds onsite at contract manufacturers
Own challenging failure analysis – including hand-on debugging, root cause analysis and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
Test and validate designs
Collaborate with firmware, software, thermal, RF to align on execution
Define, design, and review schematic and layout for PCB designs
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong electrical engineering fundamentals and understanding of best practices
Familiarity with stackup definition
Experience in electronic design, including component selection, schematic design, and familiarity with tools like Cadence Allegro and OrCAD Capture
Experience with lab instrumentation
Familiarity with test station development, debug and support
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in Electrical Engineering, related field, or equivalent years of experience
8+ years of relevant experience in electrical or hardware engineering
Open to travel to China and US up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications:
MS in Electrical Engineering or related field
Demonstrated experience developing and shipping consumer electronic products at scale
Excellent process development and documentation skills
Experience with manufacturing
