We are now looking for a Partner Marketing Manager in Central Eastern Europe for Consumer Products. This role involves managing relationships with key OEM and AIC Partners. You will develop marketing plans to boost awareness, generate demand, and convert sales of NVIDIA consumer products across Central and Eastern Europe. Reporting to the CEE Regional Marketing Leader, you will work closely with PR, Community, and Corporate Marketing teams. Together you will build and coordinate marketing campaigns that align with global marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong account management and creative marketing skills. They will manage complex projects involving multiple collaborators inside NVIDIA and across key partner accounts. They will have a good understanding of how OEMs and AICs take consumer products to market and have a consistent record of building co-marketing plans with key accounts in the region. What you'll be doing:
Manage and develop marketing relationships with key NVIDIA consumer AIC and OEM Partners in the region
Develop annual strategic plans and quarterly joint marketing plans with each key Partner to help drive awareness and demand of NVIDIA products and technologies
Manage planning, execution and reporting of NVIDIA COOP MDF programs aligned to NVIDIA corporate program objectives
Ensure brand and marketing communications consistency and proper visibility across countries and channels (online and offline)
Analyze and provide insights on local market trends, opportunities for growth and competitive threats
Deliver product and campaign training per account. Modify and localize training content and provide feedback to EMEA training leaders
Measure, track and report on program success for MDF spend applying benchmarks and return on investment methodologies for digital and trade marketing activities
Work with other NVIDIA consumer regional marketing team collaborators to develop synchronized marketing plans aligned to NVIDIA corporate campaign roadmaps
Act as the internal and external regional marketing champion for consumer product launches and technology campaigns
What we need to see:
A good degree from a leading university in a Marketing or Business-related field, or equivalent experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Polish
A minimum of 5 years’ marketing management experience within consumer electronics business.
Strong organisational skills and competence in interacting effectively with people at all levels, across different geographical territories
Strategic problem solver with capacity to complete and deliver compelling results, on time
International experience is a plus
Team oriented with the ability to work in a matrix organization

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. For Poland: The base salary range is 169,500 PLN - 293,800 PLN for Level 3, and 221,250 PLN - 383,500 PLN for Level 4.Skills Required
