Manage and enable channel partners to drive sales: control partner manpower attrition, ensure monthly business planning, deliver partner training and demand-generation programs, support large-deal closures, enforce channel policy adherence, facilitate issue resolution with support teams, improve partner productivity and ROI, and monitor competitive and segment-wise product activity.

Driving the capability building plan with partners by ensuring timely trainings for various parameters
