The Role

monday.com is growing and looking for an EMEA Account Manager - Partners who will be responsible for enhancing the level of partners account management with our partners across all segments of their accounts. This role is highly strategic and diverse, and includes further developing the account management capabilities of our partners through a combination of hands-on approach and scaled operations, program management, enablement, and commercial initiatives, delivering multi-million-dollar performance from account expansion.

  • At least 4 years of experience in SaaS sales/ business development positions - must
  • Proven experience in SaaS Account Management - must
  • 1+ years’ experience in managing Channel Partners/ Resellers - advantage
  • Multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Strong sales background - with a track record - from an opportunity to close
  • Experienced negotiator with high closing rates
  • Account and quota planning skills
  • Ability to take an entire project from A to Z
  • Strong relationship-builder, initiator, outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with a winning approach
