We are seeking an experienced, highly meticulous, and driven Compensation Operations & Analytics Manager to join the newly established CCO organization (CS, Services, CX, Tech&AI).
This is a unique opportunity to be the founding member operating all commissions and compensation related operations for the CCO org.
You will be the operational backbone of our compensation system, responsible for the execution, management, compliance, and accuracy of customer success managers’ payouts.
This role requires a process champion with deep experience in compensation cycle management and a strong commitment to accuracy, compliance (especially SOX), and exceptional stakeholder service.

- 4–5 years of experience in Sales Compensation Operations, Revenue Operations, or a highly analytical/operational role.
- Previous experience in a SaaS environment is required.
- Proven hands-on experience executing the end-to-end sales compensation process and payouts.
- Direct experience with a modern Sales Compensation Management system is a significant advantage (e.g., CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Varicent).
- Demonstrated understanding and experience with SOX compliance and maintaining internal controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant quantitative field.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) is required; ability to work effectively in a global business environment.
