What You’ll Do:
- Lead day-to-day execution of packaging initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Pharmacy Operations, Product Development, Corporate Quality, Brand, Product Marketing, Sourcing, Supply Planning, and external partners.
- Identify packaging improvement opportunities and develop data-driven business cases and tradeoff recommendations for leadership review.
- Manage packaging testing, validation, artwork change control, and implementation activities to ensure successful execution.
- Establish and maintain packaging documentation, specifications, and other governance processes that improve consistency and scalability.
- Identify and evaluate packaging improvement opportunities, developing business cases and recommendations based on operational, financial, and patient impact.
- Partner with external packaging suppliers, testing laboratories, and engineering partners to develop, validate, and implement packaging solutions.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs or projects in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, product commercialization, packaging, or a related field.
- Experience working with packaging, product commercialization, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer products is required
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives while keeping stakeholders aligned and projects moving forward.
- Strong program and project management skills with exceptional organization and follow-through.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting recommendations, tradeoffs, and project updates to cross-functional partners and leadership.
- A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving with the ability to translate data into practical business recommendations.
- Experience building operational workflows or driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience working with suppliers, contract manufacturers, testing laboratories, or other external partners.
