Owns outsourced member experience operations across BPO partners, sites, and omnichannel support channels. Leads senior CX leaders, establishes performance and operating frameworks, improves workflows and SOPs, analyzes operational data, and drives accountability, quality, staffing health, and customer satisfaction. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Pharmacy, QA, and Strategy while implementing CRM automation, AI-enabled tools, change management, and scalable process improvements.

Package and ship outbound patient orders, prepare packaging, receive and organize inventory, replenish supplies, and maintain accurate stock levels. Operate manual pallet jacks occasionally, maintain a clean and safe fulfillment workspace, follow SOPs and safety protocols, and collaborate with team members to meet shipping targets. The role requires dependable attendance, attention to detail, effective communication, physical stamina, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Processes and reviews medication orders, performs clinical interventions, answers patient questions, evaluates drug regimens, and collaborates with doctors and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate, timely medication fulfillment and optimal patient care. The pharmacist also supports workflow improvements and delivers a seamless patient experience in a high-volume pharmacy setting.
