Own, build, and operate Ro's internal endpoint and VDI systems across macOS, Windows, ChromeOS. Implement IaC, automate workflows (Tines/Okta), deploy software idempotently, contribute to Zero Trust and security tooling (osquery, Santa), support escalations, and participate in on-call rotations while collaborating with IT, Security, and Risk teams.

Provide pragmatic employment law advice across the employee lifecycle, manage disputes and agency inquiries, advise on AI use and employee data privacy, support workforce strategy (classification, remote/cross-border issues), maintain policies and training, and partner on benefits, equity, and adjacent commercial or disputes matters as needed.

Leads pharmacy technician fulfillment operations, including team coaching, onboarding, scheduling support, prescription picking, packing, and shipping. Operates and troubleshoots pharmacy automation equipment, monitors quality and regulatory compliance, resolves workflow issues, maintains inspection readiness, and supports continuous improvement. Requires an active Florida Pharmacy Technician Certification, at least two years of pharmacy technician experience, strong attention to detail, leadership ability, and comfort with technology-driven workflows.
