Through Ro's platform, our pharmacy team is empowered with the data and insights they need to practice to the top of their license and reliably fulfill treatments for patients in every corner of the country. Pharmacists are integrated into a patient’s care journey so that they can proactively coordinate with providers, identify potential safety concerns, and tailor treatment to an individual’s needs.

Owns instructional design projects across onboarding, ongoing development, clinical programs, product launches, systems, policies, and workflows. Creates modular learning, assessments, and materials across modalities using adult learning principles and tools such as Articulate 360.

Supports supply plan execution by allocating inventory, coordinating pharmacy and distribution transfers, tracking purchase orders and shipments, monitoring supply gaps, and resolving inventory issues with suppliers and cross-functional teams. Maintains accurate order data in NetSuite and other planning systems, produces operational reports, and helps improve supply chain workflows and controls.
