We're seeking a skilled and adaptable Salesforce / DevOps / Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in managing our Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms and supporting our DevOps initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical development and administration experience with Salesforce , coupled with excellent communication and coordination skills. You'll collaborate closely with other teams to resolve platform-related issues.
What you’ll do
- Manage and maintain our Salesforce platforms.
- Support and enhance our DevOps processes.
- Work with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and DevOps.
- Willingness to learn and implement new cloud-based technologies (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins).
- Perform general troubleshooting around our Salesforce applications across multiple Servers.
- Helps with capacity planning, reporting and dashboards.
- Proficient in the general administration of GitHub repositories, including a solid understanding and practical experience with GitHub Webhooks for automation and integration purposes.
- Strong knowledge of Jenkins, with proven experience in the creation, configuration, and ongoing support of CI/CD pipelines.
- Have a good understanding of how MuleSoft Anypoint.
- Strong knowledge of API and Integrations within MuleSoft.
- Ability to update Runtime versions and change configuration settings to reflect new certificate.
- Good understanding of how certificate management works accross Salesforce and MuleSoft alike.
- This position requires a flexible schedule, including potential on-call duties and occasional weekend work (up to once a month).
What experience you need
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a relevant discipline, or a proven track record of equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years working as a Salesforce Admin or Dev
- 1+ years working as a MuleSoft Engineer
- 1+ years working in DevOps
- 2-3 years working with SaaS based tool sets
- 1-2 years working with Google Suite
- 1-2 years working with Cloud Tools like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow.
What could set you apart
- Salesforce Admin and or Developer Certifications Strongly Preferred
- Good understanding of MuleSoft API / Integration model
- Self-starter that identifies/responds to priority shifts with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Source code control management systems (e.g. Github, Jenkins) and build tools like Maven & Gradle
- Agile environments (e.g. Scrum,)
- Data Operations tools like Jenkins. (Pipeline management and automation)
- Google Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred
