The  Project & Process manager serves as a quarterback for delivery aspects on multi-faceted, complex projects that have high visibility.

What you’ll do

  • Understand complex strategic initiatives/deals and parse how best to pull in appropriate resources to ensure effective delivery
  • Build project plans for multifaceted and complex initiatives
  • Ensure solid interactions with key functional (D&A, Product, Technology, etc.)partners and stakeholders to ensure delivery expectations are finalized
  • Track, monitor and provide status updates to  on project deliverables
  • Manage conflict, and provide resolution on time
  • Monitor, and communicate project measures of success plans states issues and risks in a timely manner to team members, stakeholders and senior management

What experience you need

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field 
  • 5-7 years of experience in Operations with deep understanding of Project Management approach
  • 3-4 years experience working across different lines of business, products, and IT
  • English proficiency B2
  • Flexibility to work overtime and be on-call as required by the business, particularly during critical periods such as project deadlines, month-end, and quarterly closings.

Internal Candidates:

  • Must have a minimum of one year of tenure in their current position.
  • No active disciplinary actions within the last three months prior to and during the recruitment process.
  • Must not be on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
