The Project & Process manager serves as a quarterback for delivery aspects on multi-faceted, complex projects that have high visibility.
What you’ll do
- Understand complex strategic initiatives/deals and parse how best to pull in appropriate resources to ensure effective delivery
- Build project plans for multifaceted and complex initiatives
- Ensure solid interactions with key functional (D&A, Product, Technology, etc.)partners and stakeholders to ensure delivery expectations are finalized
- Track, monitor and provide status updates to on project deliverables
- Manage conflict, and provide resolution on time
- Monitor, and communicate project measures of success plans states issues and risks in a timely manner to team members, stakeholders and senior management
What experience you need
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in Operations with deep understanding of Project Management approach
- 3-4 years experience working across different lines of business, products, and IT
- English proficiency B2
- Flexibility to work overtime and be on-call as required by the business, particularly during critical periods such as project deadlines, month-end, and quarterly closings.
Internal Candidates:
- Must have a minimum of one year of tenure in their current position.
- No active disciplinary actions within the last three months prior to and during the recruitment process.
- Must not be on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
