Responsible for consulting with clients and advising them how to integrate Equifax API products and services to solve their business problems, as well as identifying and implementing improvements to the clients existing business processes.
What you will do
- Leads and directs tasks, resources, and plans for API implementations with assigned client groups or product families.
- Key activities include overall project/program ownership assigned across API implementation project life cycle for new and existing clients; Provide project/program direction, team management, and stewardship from ideation through requirements/design and implementation.
- Consult with customers on functional and technical related aspects of design, project delivery and support that promote and support innovative technology solutions enabling speed to market and revenue growth realization.
- As the project lead, provide technology input and status for executive reviews on initiatives in progress including: technology cost and time estimates, solution approach, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Manages multiple projects and clients simultaneously while leading project teams within a matrix environment.
- Responsible for customer management, in conjunction with sales team and internal management - conducts regular communications and maintains individual working relationships with customer personnel at the working and leadership levels.
 
What experience you need
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5-7 years of experience (management/team lead experience) in IT customer support as a QA, Software Developer, Business Analyst or similar skill set
- 5-7 years of experience in agile methodologies and ability to adapt into team working in a 2 week sprint cadence.
- English proficiency B2
- Flexibility to work overtime and be on-call as required by the business, particularly during critical periods such as project deadlines, month-end, and quarterly closings.
Internal Candidates:
- Must have a minimum of one year of tenure in their current position.
- No active disciplinary actions within the last three months prior to and during the recruitment process.
- Must not be on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).

- You have experience in internal technology integration support
- Experience with API clients like Postman
- Teamwork. Be able to work with a remote team alongside product managers, marketing, and developers.
- Communication. Effectively communicate via email and directly with both internal and external customers.
- You will be required to support clients with technical issues or verifying their technical integration
- Attention-to-Detail. Ability to review customer problems, against original designs and identify and document discrepancies.
- Multi-tasking. Ability to manage multiple work-streams and simultaneous projects in support of a growing.
