Job DescriptionEmployee Engagement
- Plan and organize internal events (year-end party, birthdays, CSR activities, team-building, etc.).
- Design and implement whole year long of engagement initiatives that foster connection, collaboration, and company culture.
- Manage internal communications: develop content and execute campaigns across email, bulletin boards, intranet, and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency and effectiveness of engagement activities.
- Explore and expand digital platforms for modern communication channels.
- Collect and analyze employee feedback/satisfaction data, propose actionable improvements.
- Monitor program budgets, ensuring cost-effective and impactful execution.
- Prepare regular reports on engagement activities and make recommendations to enhance employee experience.
- Conduct regular focus group , provide platform to listen to employees , action on issues voice by employee
- Act as a primary contact point for employee feedback and communication needs.
Expatriate Support
- Guide foreign employees in preparing and submitting required documents (passport, criminal record, degrees, health check, photos, contracts).
- Handle work permit processes (new, renewal, reissue, exemptions) in compliance with local laws.
- Manage visa applications, extensions, and conversions.
- Process Temporary Residence Cards (TRC): issuance, renewal, replacement.
- Oversee immigration check-in/check-out procedures and maintain accurate records for audits.
- Maintain up-to-date logs of all foreign employees’ legal status and ensure timely renewals.
- Liaise with authorities, embassies, and consulates to clarify requirements and complete formalities.
- Coordinate with service providers (translation, legal, consulting) for documentation and compliance support.
- Collaborate with Recruitment, Payroll, and Admin teams to align data and processes.
- Support management during inspections or audits from government authorities.
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation (both hard copy and digital).
- Provide periodic and ad-hoc status reports to management.
Employer Branding
Manager external communication( Linkedin , FB etc) following XP guidelines
- Liason with university to build XP employer brand
- Design employer branding plan and budget
- Manage internship
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Min of 3 years Experiences in employee engagement, employer branding, and expatriate services
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; good English skills (spoken and written).
