Vị trí Nhân viên Kho Lái Xe Nâng tại LEGO Manufacturing Việt Nam sẽ làm việc theo ca, chịu trách nhiệm chính trong việc lái xe nâng và tham gia vận hành Kho nhằm đảm bảo đạt được các mục tiêu đề ra, đồng thời tuân thủ các nguyên tắc về chất lượng và an toàn lao động.

Mô tả công việc:

· Đảm bảo tiến trình xuất nguyên vật liệu diễn ra đúng tiến độ dựa trên nhu cầu và yêu cầu của các bộ phận khác trong nhà máy.  

Ensure a smooth flow of production and non-production material across the factory based on the demand and needs

· Lái được nhiều loại xe nâng, bao gồm C15

Drives forklifts of different kind, including C15

· Bốc dỡ và xếp hàng hóa vào kho 

Unloading and loading goods

· Nhận và phát vật liệu từ kho cho các bộ phận theo yêu cầu, bao gồm cả việc trả lại

Receipt and issue of material to and from WH, including returns

· Hiểu và sử dụng Hệ thống Quản lý Kho (COMBI), hệ thống này được sử dụng cho tất các hoạt động nhập/ xuất nguyên vật liệu qua máy scan hoặc máy tính.  

Understands and uses Warehouse Management System (COMBI) as a base of all material movements thru scanners or PC

· Tuân thủ tất cả các quy định về an toàn, đặc biệt là khi lái xe nâng

He/She fully complies with all safety regulations, especially when it comes to driving a forklift

· Tuân thủ quy trình làm việc, trật tự tại nơi làm việc và tất cả các quy tắc an toàn & vệ sinh  

Comply with work procedures, order in the workplace and all safety and hygiene rules

· Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý thiết bị kho và các tài sản khác trong bộ phận kho  

Is responsible for entrusted handling equipment, work tools and other company property in the entrusted section

· Báo cáo kịp thời tình hình vận hành trong Kho/các trường hợp không tuân thủ quy định cho cấp trên.

Report logistic situation/non-compliance cases to the leader in time

· Hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ quản lý giao

Complete other tasks assigned by the superior

· Tuân thủ 5S

Comply with 5S

Yêu cầu:  

·       Tốt nghiệp THPT trở lên/ Secondary vocational school / High school

·       Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại Kho/ At last 1 year experience in WH

·       Có chứng chỉ và có kinh nghiệm lái xe nâng/ Forklift driving licence and experience

·       Không sợ độ cao/ Is not afraid of heights

·       Không bị mù màu/ Good eyesight (no colourblind)

·       Thái độ tốt/ Positive attitude

·       Hợp tác và làm việc nhóm tốt/ Good collaboration and teamwork

·       Có khả năng và sẵn sàng học hỏi kiến thức mới/ Willingness and ability to learn new things

·       Chủ động tiếp cận vấn đề/ Active and proactive approach

·       Có khả năng nhận biết và báo cáo vấn đề cho cấp trên/ Ability to recognize and report a problem

·       Linh hoạt, có khả năng thích ứng và chấp nhận thay đổi/ Flexibility, ability to adapt and accept changes

·       Chịu được áp lực trong công việc/ Stress resistance

·       Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với hệ thống SAP là một lợi thế/ Working in SAP
