Overall Responsibilities:
· Maintain and manage good supplier relationships.
· Understand the purchasing processes
o Purchasing request
o Purchasing order
o Logistics
o Payment processes
· Source, collect quotations and prepare quotation summary to select suppliers that offered the most favorable quotations based on the criteria: reasonable price (value for money), best delivery lead time, best quality, and good service
· Understand and assist the production engineers to assure tooling, product and production time frames are met.
· Continuous supplier negotiations that assure product and tooling costs are controlled and justified.
· Review all tooling and product invoices to assure costs are accurate and justified
· Follow up the purchasing request to buy tooling on time.
· Acknowledge and respond to e-mails and tasks daily and accurately.
· Manage the daily production priorities outlined by the corporate office.
· Doing the payment after receiving the red INV
· Carry out other duties from Supply Chain Manager.
Requirements
- BS above, Fresh Graduate or 2-3 years of experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
- Highly- motivated, dynamic and result- oriented
