To have full understanding of the menu preparations to ensure good salesmanship.
To be courteous and friendly to guests and colleagues.
To present menu to guests and take beverage order if necessary.
To recommend menu items and beverage if necessary.
To understand the coordination between the kitchen and the restaurant.
To assist guests with chairs when arriving and leaving.
To clear soiled items to the washing area.
To continuously check and replenish or exchange: bread, butter, water, ashtrays or any other condiments.
To reset table as soon as guests leave.
To replenish clean items to their respective areas.
To remove soiled linen and place them in appropriate area.
To complete all side duties assigned by the Supervisors, Assistant Manager and Manager.
To carry out any other duties as and when required by the Supervisors.
