GE HealthCare에서 Order management specialist (사원대리급)를 채용합니다. 발주 관리를 주된 업무로 하며 다양한 업무 rule을 가지고 일하기 때문에 높은 이해력과 정확성이 요구되며 여러 부서와 소통하며 업무를 하기 때문에, 커뮤니케이션 스킬이 중요한 포지션입니다. SCM 업무에 관심이 있으시거나 해당 업무의 경력자 및 영어 커뮤니케이션이 원활하신 분을 우대합니다.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Order management, drive equipment delivery on time, sales transfers, and inventory management
  • Managing the ordering schedules of local vendor in line with business objective
  • Placing orders and recording with commercial team for local delivery requirements with vendor
  • Coordinate all involved players in backlog execution
  • Facilitates cross-functional collaborations all related teams proactively and work with logistics and finance team to ensure Month End Close by dealing and all required documentation

Qualifications:

  • Working experience in Supply Chain in Health industry is preferred
  • Business/Logistics Bachelor’s degree preferred, equivalent training and experience considered
  • Sound knowledge of order management based on SCM related experience
  • The critical competencies required for success are Interpersonal Effectiveness, Initiative, Teamwork and Supply Chain Management
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, good team player
  • Customer satisfaction oriented
