The Opportunity:
Program Overview. The Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC) program is a mission-critical SaaS transformation initiative modernizing Marine Corps logistics and program/project financial management through Oracle Fusion Cloud. This program ensures Marine Corps projects — from acquisition to sustainment — are executed with full financial visibility and control.
Position Summary. CACI is seeking a Fusion PPM Architect to lead the design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) in support of GCSS-MC. This role requires an architect-level expert in Project Costing, Management, and Resource Management who can design solutions enabling the USMC to track projects, capital and expense with precision. You will architect the bridge between project execution and financial accountability across the Marine Corps enterprise.
Responsibilities:
• Architect Oracle Fusion PPM solutions: Project Costing, Project Management, Project Resource Management
• Design Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), task hierarchies, and budgeting/forecasting frameworks
• Lead requirements sessions with USMC program managers to translate project execution needs into Fusion configurations
• Architect integration points between Project Financials, General Ledger, Assets, Inventory and Procurement modules
• Build OTBI/BI Publisher reporting for project financial performance and burn-rate tracking
• Oversee data conversion strategy for project-related data (FBDI/HDL)
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across project functional/technical teams
• Support SIT/UAT testing and resolve complex project configuration defects
• Document project architecture, data flows, and system design decisions
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of Oracle Fusion PPM experience, with demonstrated architect-level solution design
• Deep expertise in Project Costing, and Resource Management
• Proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher
• Hands-on experience with FBDI/HDL data conversion
• Must be eligible to pass a T3 background investigation
• U.S. Citizenship required
Desired:
• Active Secret clearance strongly preferred
• Oracle Cloud PPM certification
• Prior experience with federal/DoD program and project financial systems
• PMP or Agile/SAFe certification preferred

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
