Summary of Role/Position:

Seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Operations professional to join our fast-growing, Sales Operations Organization. The Senior Manager, Sales Operations will own strategic programs and work cross-functionally to develop, execute and support them at the highest possible level. Role has high visibility to senior leadership and career-enhancing growth opportunities. Initial focus will be on managing Anaplan’s Sales Planning model and processes in support of FY’23 Planning; candidate will stand-up and roll-out additional GTM programs and capabilities designed to enhance sales efficiency and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the sales planning model and play key role in annual sales planning process, lead and oversee account segmentation and territory planning annual process
  • Partner with sales leaders and operations teams to capture and document requirements for annual territory planning
  • Provide status updates to and develop reporting for GTM leadership around initiatives and projects
  • Work cross-functionally to strategize, and implement / operationalize any changes to global key accounts program
  • Define and operationalize any changes in sales stages or other sales processes across sales programs and tools including MEDDPICC
  • Assist in quarterly planning and operationalization of sales incentive programs.
  • Stand-up and roll-out additional GTM programs and capabilities designed to enhance sales efficiency, anticipate issues and initiate actions to resolve them
  • Work directly with sales leadership and GTM operations teams to track and report on quarterly sales strategic initiative progress on a regular cadence
  • Ensure strategic sales programs are structured efficiently and align to GTM priorities
  • Handle ad-hoc sales operation requests as needed

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant sales operations experience in a fast-growing sales organization
  • Experience working with enterprise technology companies. SaaS experience is a preference.
  • Proven skills in sales cadence, sales forecasting, funnel maintenance and reporting.
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams.
  • Proven skills in go-to-market modeling, building territories and setting corresponding goals.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience overseeing and managing business metrics, productivity and outcomes.
  • Ability to plan manage and deliver multiple concurrent and complex workstreams in a matrixed organization with aggressive timelines.
  • Experience with account and territory planning. (MEDDPICC experience is a plus.)
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work, prioritize multiple high importance responsibilities and be effective in fast-paced work environments.
  • Must have GRIT – guts, reliability, improvement, teamwork
