We’re looking for an Operations Analyst to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to support key operational initiatives, projects, and day-to-day business activities that drive efficiency and service excellence. This role offers the opportunity to work on both business-as-usual operations and strategic initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams including IT, compliance, and global partners. You will play a key role in analyzing processes, resolving complex issues, and improving workflows across the organization. Position Responsibilities:- Lead and support strategic initiatives, projects, and BAU operations, ensuring timely execution and delivery
- Analyze data, processes, and business requirements to identify gaps, resolve issues, and drive improvements
- Act as a liaison between business, IT, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation
- Manage deliverables including task tracking, reporting, audit requirements, and documentation updates
- Handle complex operational issues, escalations, and customer concerns, ensuring resolution and service quality
- Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and AI-driven efficiencies
- Strong knowledge with JH Life – Replacements products
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Strong experience with data analysis, reporting tools (e.g., Excel), and systems/process documentation
- Solid understanding of testing procedures, case development, and expected results
- Experience working in Agile environments and drafting user stories
- Knowledge of valuation standards (e.g., ASC 820, IFRS 13, GIPS)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
