Job Description:
We're looking for an Operations Specialist that plays a pivotal role in supporting the field office’s sales, marketing, operational, and recruiting functions. This dynamic position combines administrative expertise with strategic marketing and digital engagement responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance and securities products, office operations, and digital marketing platforms, particularly LinkedIn to enhance visibility, drive engagement, and support business growth.

Job Responsibilities:
Marketing & Digital Engagement
- Collaborate with Business Development Directors to develop and execute marketing strategies that support Financial Professional recruitment and retention.
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn profiles and company pages to enhance professional branding and visibility.
- Create and schedule engaging LinkedIn content, including posts, articles, and updates aligned with business goals.
- Monitor LinkedIn analytics to assess performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and email campaigns.
- Manage Recruiting database and campaigns in coordination with firm leadership.
Operational Support
- Provide backup support for new business processing: review for accuracy, submit electronically, order requirements, and follow up on pending cases until completion.
- Provide timely updates and reports to Financial Professionals and Field Manager on pre-issue and post-issue requirements via email or phone.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Home Office, Underwriting, HTK, and third-party administrators to resolve underwriting and securities issues.
- Prepare basic illustrations and assist with product-related documentation.
- Support onboarding and training of new Financial Professionals.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement best practices.

Skills and Abilities
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for marketing, communication, and operations.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to interact with field staff, financial professionals and home office employees
- Consistently meets deadlines
- Ability to make a positive contribution as demonstrated by learning new skills and making suggestions for process/procedure improvement.
- Ability to build strong working relationships and work with others in a collaborative team environment.
Education & Experience:
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent required
- 3-5 Years of insurance/securities or relevant outside experience required
Licenses
- FINRA Series 6 Preferred
- FINRA Series 7 Preferred
Base Salary Range - $60,000-$75,000
